Which operating system? WHICH ENTRIES did you change in "msconfig"? It appears like you made all the changes in the "Services" tab in "msconfig". Is that correct? Or did you also make changes in the "Startup" tab?

In order to "start" some of those services and change the "Startup" type back to "automatic", try this: Click on Start-Run, type services.msc, then click on OK. When the Services window loads, scroll to the specific service you're having problems with, then use the drop-down arrow next to "Startup Type" to change it to "Automatic", then click on the "Start" button in the "Service Status" section. When that's done, let is start the service, then click on "Apply", then OK. Restart the machine.

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
