Question

No Internet Access

Both wifi and ethernet say no valid ip configuration and default gateway not available. Im using a power line adapter for ethernet, and both adapters are realtek. Thanks in advance and please help!

You were able to post here so something works.

Given the story so far, talk to the people that supply and setup this unknown system.

I used a different computer

The Internet works just not on that pc

Try to isolate where the problem is,

is it the line, the powerline adapter, or the computer itself.
