no internet access after router factory reset

So I restored my router to factory settings and i was unable to browse internet(it is connecting wireless to my laptop),i did new wan connection(quick setup) or whatever its called, used my isp parameters ,its set everything i think but im still unable to browse internet, im able to ping my phone via cmd but i cant ping dns server (8.8.8..Things i done: Ipconfig /release /renew /register /flushdns /registerdns route /f nesh /winsock reset literally every command i would find on the internet, i turned off and on both router and PC. Also when i connect via phone and i go to advanced settings tab in my phone and change the DHCP to static i see that im getting dns1 server same as Gateway.(192.168.1.254 which is my router LAN ip address to config page right?)
