Question

No input/output to front/back panel audio jacks. Drivers UTD

Like the title says I have no audio input/output to either panel's audio jack. Bluetooth audio works just fine and if I use a USB-C/3.5mm dongle my wired headphones work no problem. I figured it had to be a driver issue cause both panels aren't working, but I have reinstalled and updated all the relevant drivers to no avail. I don't know what else to do at this point. Any help would be greatly appriciated

System Info:
Windows 10x64 v.10.0.17134
Asus Z270K MoBo
Not sure it's relevant but I have an NZXT S340 case

Clarification Request
Are you asking how to solve?

If I found a bum audio section on a motherboard I'd RMA the board in warranty or out of warranty add a sound card.

Yes

I wasn't sure if there might be another non-driver related software issue. Is it definitely the MoBo?
