I have been able to use my you tube just fine, until I stopped my account with Windows live. All I wanted was to delete my email. Now when I go to you tube, my account is there, my videos are there, but when I hit play, all I have is a black screen.
I have gone back and re downloaded the microsoft decoder and I have an updated adobe flash, I have air which I don't need and cant seem to take off of my add or remove on my computer. here is my info for my computer--old computer, btw. model# 6330US, Product # DA203A-ABA windows xp explorer 8
can someone help me? you tube hasn't been able to.
Linda
