by knigpa / March 5, 2007 6:50 AM PST

My PC or screen is suddenly not picking up the ditial signal through the cables only analogue. I have tried new cables but screen still says 'no signal'.
My scree is a Viewsonic VX912 and have a NVIDIA 6600gt Graphics card if that is what gives the output.

I have the same configuration and problem. Some times the digital signal works again for a few weeks and then disappears and I have to reconnect the analog one.It is not a problem of mecanical connection. Thanks for any suggestion.George.

I solved my problem by going to system tools, then system restauration, and loading an earlier date saved version. The digital connection is now again operational, and it does not destroy any of the more recent information.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
