Question

No Audio/Video

Aug 3, 2019 7:26PM PDT

I have no audio or video after backing up my computer. Troubleshooting tells me that they my speakers aren't enabled, but they are. I have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled and there was no change. I've seen online where other people had the same thing happen after backing up their computers, but haven't found an answer that works. Does anyone have any knowledge or suggestions? Thank you!

Is what is this computer. You need to tell more about the PC (make, model, etc.) and why you can't use system restore to when it worked.

- What backup program did you use that had this sad effect?
- No video? Then how can see anything on your screen?
