No Audio on the BR Movie from Pana BD35 via Yamaha RX-V793

I get no audio when the actual movie starts on my Blue Ray disks the trailer audio is fine have installed the latest updates from Panasonic
long minutes with Panasonic techs to no avail. It worked fine on non blue ray and on BR disks when I first purchased unit in Dec my home theater installer tried everything hdmi cable changes etc is my Receiver Yam Rx-V793 the problem? Any suggestions HELP.

I have the same DVD player. I think the DVD player audio output settings need to be tweaked. Look at page 31 where it discusses the various output settings for Audio. Check to see if you have "Bitstream" selected. Also, mess with the Downmix settings. If your receiver "hears" the DVD audio on the trailers, then I can't think of anything on the receiver that would prevent it from transmitting audio from the feature.
