No Audio device is installed

Jul 27, 2017 10:09AM PDT

Hi

Yesterday, windows 10 forced me to update, and after there was an error with the audio. When I mouse over the sound icon on the lower right hand corner it says "No audio device is installed". I've tried some of the solutions online but they don't work. Can anybody help me solve this?

pc specs( Windows 10, Dell)

Thanks
