no audio

hye i have sony dcr-trv250, i uploaded sum movies onto my computer, but no audio only the video was uploaded.
could sumbody help me

Did you upload through a firewire connection?

If not, try the upload with firewire. If it still doesn't work, report the results back here.

i dont have a fire wire connection and i dont have a cable that goes from FW to USB

That could well be what your problem is.

I don't think there is a cable that goes from firewire to USB.

Most people here will recommend that you get a firewire card for your computer. That will probably solve your problem.
