No address book in Outlook 2003/Vista

Sep 20, 2007 3:29AM PDT

I just bought an HP PC running Vista Home Premium. I installed Office 2003, and have my emails running fine. I have Contacts, but if I click on the Address Book icon, I get an error messsage:

The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you may not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook help.

I tried their help, but it wasn't much help. I copied the pst file from my old hard drive. All my contacts, saved/sent files, etc. are still there. Any ideas?
