Jul 23, 2015 6:32AM PDT

I am Njock from Michigan. I want to share some issues that I am facing in my laptop like when I am working on my laptop it hangs again & again and it becomes diffcult for me to complete the work. I have already discuss this issue with the concerned person but he is not able to sort out the issue. So please suggest me whether I have to buy the new one or it can be repaired?

I don't see a make, full model number, what you did to address this such as a factory reset or if you know to use canned air once a month. What canned air is, and use is on the web.

Please find the details given below:

That does not sound like an issue.

My laptop has me click to sign on too. That's a setting and not an issue.

http://www.cnet.com/products/acer-aspire-5920/ pegs this as a 2007 laptop. To repair it you find it's cheaper to replace.

You didn't respond to my comment about canned air. I strongly suggest you get a few cans then start using that. Start with daily for a week, then weekly for a month and then back to 1st of the month from now on.

Hi Proffitt,

Thanks for the suggestion of using canned air. Here I like to say that one month earlier I went to the concerened person for it's cleaning or service. So is there any need to use canned air?
Also I like to explain that it's not a setting issue as I check all the things which can cause the hanging problem. If you think so Can you please explain little bit more?

Thanks

I'm guessing folk find it annoying to maintain their gear, PCs, cars, home and more.

There are tomes on the web about canned air and laptops. Over the years I've come down to the 1st of the month regimen. If you want to avoid repair counters and new laptops.
