Nikon D5300 vs D3300 W/Lens

Which should i get for portrait? BTW I'm begginer! so do i need a lot of focus points for portrait pictures?which camera should i get?nikon d3300 with lens? or nikon d5300?(and which lens should i buy?i'm going to use it to shoot portrait, with view behind the person, white background...

Notice the setup? To get great, above the rest quality and my bet is if you did that, the camera/lens choice won't factor much here.
