Nickel Metals and True Wireless Ear Buds

As far as I can find, all new true wireless earbuds have a similar charging contact point - right where they sit against your ears. Mine are the Creative Labs Outlier Gold. They sound great, work fine but as with other ear buds in this category they cause the dreaded skin reaction. Anyone else have this issue and any advice on how to cover them? Available foam/sponge covers are either too large or too small. Any suggestions are appreciated!
