Are new users that get a tablet and then are very upset about learning how to use the thing.
Still pretty techy for many.

BTW: your link sends me to a Google Forum that is closed and only available by invitation only. SIGH!
About Nexus 7 2013:
I purchased one last fall soon after they first came out. I purposely got the SIM-Card version in case I travel.
One of the most frequent things I do with my Nexus 7 pre-2013 is read the Oregonian at home over wi-fi
WITH a bluetooth mouse. (you can't download the paper ; it's interactive and real time viewing for copyright reasons.
Attempting this with the Nexus 7 2013 was a BIG problem. Very erratic mouse with little control over it.
Knowing that a lot of hardware models for wifi include bluetooth connectivity I decided to turn off wi-fi and
try reading the paper over a data plan and ..... NO PROBLEM!
Since there was (and it appears still) no recognition of the problem and no fix forthcoming I quickly returned the
tablet in the allotted time. SIGH!
Checking the Google Nexus 7 forum I see a lot of complaints about bluetooth devices and wi-fi interference
although I have yet to hear of someone using a bluetooth mouse like I am.
