Outlook Express had a NEXT tool that allowed quick scrolling through multiple emails [also had BACK tool].
Where is that in W.L.M. ?

"how to add those 2 buttons (next and previous) to the quick access toolbar."
I already have them there - thank you for reminding me
What I actually wanted, was to find/place those tools IN the ribbon for DIRECT access.
I would settle for the opportunity to create hotkeys to them.
It seems you can't customise the ribbon in WLM:

I doubt if this important enough for you to switch to Outlook 2010. That's not free.
