- How do you know it doesn't detect the keyboard?
- This might be more a question of "no video" than of "no POST". Do you see the pre-post messages from the BIOS?

Verify your work

In most cases, the best repair path is to reduce the PC to bare minimums and retry. You don't need any ram, drives or even any inputs, just the mtrbd. and power. Power-ON, it better beep and if so, record the beep code. Then figure what that beep code means. Then add a device, then ram to its *PROPER SLOTS*(primary). power-ON, beep code, what does it mean? Add a basic video card or if it has a video port, use it. You should have some display at some time, if so is it normal display then error, or what. Do all that and come back with results. DON"T ASSUME anything, check it.

Messed up a lot
Feb 6, 2015 10:25AM PST

Seems like I messed up a lot this time.

I got some missing pins on my CPU and it might got stuck on MOBO socket. That warranty is void now.

Do you have any suggestion on what is a good MOBO to use?

all CPU have some "missing pins"

Or do you mean ones which aren't supposed to be missing? If unsure, check some images from google for your CPU.
