Newbie to the Dell DJ 30 (gig) using Naster w/Windows Med.10

Jan 18, 2006 12:49AM PST

I have been looking to find the holy grail of downloading the unlimited mp3 for my youngster. I can download all the songs I own, or have free from others. I bought the Napster unlimited download of MP3's to a list of capable player to only use on the player, no burning etc. I can't get the window Media Player 10 w/Napster to get the play list on the WMP10 to download to the Dell DJ30. Is there someone who can direct me to my problem. Dell can't help, and Napster won't answer tech support? Note:I am trying to run the WMP10 and Napster at the same time. There support said it would work and sent me instructions. I follow them and when I log on I get a fatal error...must close (Naster)Error message says there is a licensing and IP address conflict. What? I can log into Napster and do my thing, but not both?

Help?

Thanks for my lack of knowledge with this new crase with the school kids.
