Resolved Question

"NEWBIE" needs help with skydrive to vista

Oct 14, 2011 3:36PM PDT

Hi there!
My Daughter has windows 7, and I have windows Vista Home premium.
She has recently begun using skydrive, to email me pictures. When I receive them they are tiny!
Their dimensions are "104x104".
All of my other pictures in my Pictures folder have much bigger dimensions.
How can I get these pictures out of the email, into my pictures folder,
and have them at full size, without being all pixielated?
Thanks Everyone!

Sounds like

a problem at your daughter's end.

I think she is emailing you the "Thumbnails" and not the actual images.

Send one back to her and ask her where it came from. Ask if she is sending the right file.
