Windows, even prior versions had folk griping about permissions and replying with "I'm the administrator" and more.
It's a long road but as the administrator you can grant the permission but may not know how. I can't tell much because I'm not there to dig into the unknown app and more.
What to do next? Ask the company/author for a fix.
I have a laptop and desktop pc, both have developed the same problem this week, which is why I think it is a Microsoft update problem.
When I install software, for some I get the error message that
A required priviledge is not held by the client
First, this is not all software, socond, it applies to software I have already installed and tried to re install as an experiment.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to resolve it? I have chekced UAC and boot drive permissions, with no change.
