Can you install Win 8.1 (new computer) without setting up a user name and email address with MS or outlook? If so how?

off the top of my head, two ways

1. click on create new account then at the bottom click on sign in without an account
2. disconnect internet during install

Windows 8 has a login method with using the email address. As it's a FAQ, let's leave it at that.
