New Tv with one dead pixel

I bought a LED TV model UN46C6300 from Circuit City Online, TV delivered to my home in perfect condition, after setting up and viewing I found 1 dead pixel on the top left corner, should I send back for a replacement?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your new set.

Do they have that policy? If they aren't able to assist, you may try calling 800-SAMSUNG to see if they can assist as well.
