Your price range and HDTV is going to make it difficult to have a lot of choices. I did see a Phillips and Sony at Sam's club a week ago. Many models that didn't have built in HDTV tuner are being replaced with one's that do. Here is a link that may help. John

Hello i am looking into buying a new TV very soon for college coming up this fall.
I did some research.
What i want-
*HDTV Tuner Built-in
*26"-32"
*Widescreen
*Component and S-video of course
And that is all i can think of for right now.
So far i have these TV's picked out...

Well really that is the only one i found in stores near me...
I've heard of this Sanyo 30" widescreen HDTV with built-in tuner all around on the internet from walmart.com...there is a thread about it on here too, and I have heard many good things about it. Only problem is Wal-mart doesn't sell it anymore. At Wal-mart I did however find a 28" widescreen sanyo, I believe it was the exact same kind, just 28" instead.
So I guess what I am asking you is...
#1. Do you have a different suggestion for me? (a different TV)
#2. Which TV out of the 2 i supplied (26" widescreen from bestbuy or the 28" sanyo from walmart) would be best?
#3. Any other comments/suggestions for have for me is appreciated, I am pretty knew to all this TV stuff.
Thank you very very much, it is much appreciated.
