iam new to programming and started learning java using tutorial sites like learnermode.com/java-tutorial and docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial
suggest me some books

Well you can find a lots of stuff on the internet.

What I will suggest is ... go for the latest version because technology changes very fast. For basic you can refer to some popular books like learning java, thing in java etc.
