Very few folk have 58 megabit internet connections. And security updates like this are often hit hard with millions downloading at the same time.
This is why good programmers download over time to spread the load and install after a complete download.

I am on the FIOS network 50/25 mbps speed
I ran a wireless speed test and returned a download rate of 58mbps (3 times)
Do not understand why the long download time.
