New Samsung TV 55JU7000 vs. AVR Harman Kardon 3700

Good morning to all, I have a problem to connect my new TV 55ju700 with harman Kardon AVR 3700.
I did everything "by the book", and the sound is not going out trough AVR. However, i can do opposite, i can hear sound from radio on TV, but absolutely nothing from TV on AVR. The optical cable is not a option as everything is inside the wall, and TV is on the wall.
PLEASE HELP, thank you all

Dead On Arrival.

"The optical cable is not a option"

It appears you are trying to use ARC. This is hit and miss but do try latest TV and HT firmware and make sure you are on Samsung's ARC HDMI port and using a shiny new HDMI cable with all the latest wires for ARC and such. (HDMI 1.4a?)

And no, this is an industry issue. There is no guarantee ARC works. Even within the same make.
