I would recommend calling the Samsung customer service center, or working with your retailer for an exchange if you're still in the return period.
I can't speak to how these issues are handled, but they should be able to assist.
I recently bougth this samsung tv model.
It is great but it produces a really annoying sound while working.
I have read in other forums other users complaning.
Is it a hardware problem?
