Question

New processor

Nov 5, 2012 5:09AM PST

Hello! I'd like to buy a new processor for my PC: I checked its motherboard, which is: Dell 0N826N.
I know it would be easier if I just changed the PC, but I just had it 2 years ago and I can't afford a new one.
My processor right now is an Intel Celeron CPU 45@ 2.20 GHz. It has only one core, so what processor (with 2 or more core) is ok for my motherboard?

http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/dell-0n826n-specs/ and some googles do show it's possible to upgrade but I'm not going to work too hard at this. If I could have found the model number as well I could have offered more but after 3 searches I'm going to wait for you to tell more.

The Dell PC.

Sorry but if that's unknown then the upgrade will be a bad idea.

No, I mean, I have to give you the number of what? Of my computer? Where can I find it?

Let's find an article on identifying a Dell.
