New problem w/ YP-U2JQB/XAA

I'm now having a new problem with this Samsung! All the previous fixes don't work!

Suddenly one day it won't connect. I can boot up in Safe Mode and it will charge, but that's it. Samsung's website doesn't have anything new except firmware, but that didn't work either. I've asked them for help but, after two weeks, I've heard nothing.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm just about to trash this thing!
