A few questions without having looked at the Speccy:

- Most likely it's a hardware issue (insufficient power or insufficient cooling). Did you exclude those?
- Or you didn't install the right drivers. Where did you get them from?
- Or you didn't upgrade to the most recent BIOS. What version do you have and what it the most recent available?
- What are the solutions that you tried already?

system restart

hey thanks for the reply, i have a corsair 750w power supply, it could not be supplying enough power but im not sure how to test that. all fans are running in the case as well. I installed the correct drivers from the amd website as well as the radeon software. i tried to upgrade the bios but i think i might have failed on that one so ill retry that. i did just turn off automatically restart in the system settings and i was able to play cs go for a solid 30 min, no shut down. i will try to find a video on upgrading the bios and try again. thanks for the help again!

There are many Corsair models.

But if yours is a single +12V rail and new to newish I don't expect it to be power unless the build is something like the dual GTX 2080+i9 CPU build. Looking at the speccy now.

Well, there's Glary.

1. Glary. Can create more issues than it solves. Even more so if you clean the registry and use driver updaters. My advice. Don't do either.

2. https://www.google.com/search?&q=ATI+Radeon+RX+590+crashing
I've seen too many complaints about that. I have no fix for you. Try using the drivers for the motherboard and GPU that the makers propose. Be sure to disable W10's own driver update system before you install the versions the motherboard and GPU maker suggest.

Wish there was more to write about in the Speccy but my bet is this new PC has been crashing since made. RMA that graphics card, dump Glary and pick another graphics card.
