Be sure to chastise this machine's builder and designer. There may be other issues but it look new so RMA that http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151074 for about 100 more Watts and do not accept a split rail like this one. 17 Ampere +12V rails may be why here but you won't know till you fit a proper PSU.

I have recently build a pc but it has one small problem: it freezes randomly (or so it seems). The symptoms of this 'freeze' are: PC is completely unresponsive (mouse doesn't move, video's don't play, even numlock key doesn't work on keyboard) and the audio loops/stutters. This mostly happens when I'm gaming (even with flash games).
What I've already tried:
Clean install of windows 10, removing and/or updating video-card drivers, checking cpu/gpu temperature (nothing wrong here), installing all windows updates or uninstalling some updates.
(obviously nothing worked)
Info about the pc:
- I currently have windows 10 (but I updated from windows 8.1 (freezes were already occurring back then).
- AMD Athlon x4 860k quad core processor
- 8 (2x4) gigabyte RAM
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
- F2A88XM-HD3 motherboard
- Seasonic 430-watt psu
