New PC Gaming PC: Monitor Receives No Signal

I recently bought parts during Cyber Monday. Only as of Monday the 4th I got the final parts and tried to put it together. After I put all the parts together I plugged it into the Monitor and tried to start it only to receive no signal.

Bottom Line is that my Pc won't respond to the Monitor with or without the Graphics Card Installed (I tested it both ways).

*I attempted to realign the Processor once

*I Tried to Re-Plug in all the wires

*I Took the Graphics card out to see if it was the problem (It wasn't)

*I tried realigning the Ram

All the fans work and the LEDs are fine as well. Power doesn't seem to be a problem, but If it was that simple of a problem I'd be relieved.

This is a list of my parts:

Compatibility shouldn't be an issue. Any advice as to what to do would be great. I just hope it's not a broken part or something.
