Also, Ryzens so far means you update the BIOS and reset the values (defaults) then install Windows.
W10 might let you do a reset and avoid a clean install.
Did you get the BIOS current?
What size PSU?
Is the PSU single rail?
I just built a new pc, with everything installed properly, the only thing I am not 100% sure about are the cables. Its an rx 460 with ryzen 3 1200 8gb ddr4 asus prime b350 plus. I got it to launch to windows a few times, with it being VERY slow. Like slower than a 1990 office computer running windows 10. I tried downloading gpu drivers, and it crashed. Now whenever I try to start it up it says windows didnt load correctly, but its still very slow because the mouse is essentially unresponsive. None of the advanced repair options work either. Please help
