If your old and new PCs both have network cards, this is an easy way. If you have a CD burner, you can do it this way. You can also temporarily connect the HD from the Win98 machine to the XP rig and do it that way.
Just purchased a new PC with Win XP Pro. Have an old PC w/WIN 98. What is the best way to save/transfer "my documents" folder to new PC? I thought about a jump drive, but hear they aren't compatible with WIN 98.
Help is greatly appreciated.
