hmm...... no one seems interested in the origami info I found.
But anyways, if any of you actually read this (ever), then:
-The origami will START at prices around $500. So a store could sell it for more.
-Microsoft expects a growth rate of more than 40% with the Origami.
-Microsoft wants a battery that'll last all day. But that is technically impossible. However, Intel is making a special chip for the Origami that will be released next year that, according to them WILL last all day.
-It has a Intel Centrino processor.
-It weighs less than 2 pounds and has a screen 5-8 inches in size.
Some of the pictures are on Engadget, but I guess I beat them and got this info out first ![]()
today I was reading our local newspaper (Austin-American Statesman), and it had a whole article about origami. this is what I found out:
its going to be priced around $500
it is running Windows Tablet
according to MS`s original plan, it was supposed to have an all day battery, proved impossible so it has centrino CPU
according to a picture, it seems to have a slideout keyboard
more info when i get on something with keyboard(curses PSP!)
