If you are asking questions like this,

then you need professional help from an outside company.

You may need a Wireless Survey to find the blank spots in your wireless network so that you can install extra Wireless Access Points.

You should only be using one Router, more than that just complicates the issue.

As you said earlier , the company has allocated an amount to me to get this devices and at the same time for me to gain the knowledge , the rest of the organisation just need lan cables to all the other pc's and this happens via switches but again which is better the gigabits or the 10/100 ..and would you mind if i ask why not extra routers ? thank you

Gigabit is faster than 10/100 but costs more

to implement.
Switches may need to be changed out.
You only need one router. That's the one that acts as the DHCP server to allocate IP addresses to all the clients on the network.

If you already have an ADSL network which is working for you, disconnect the ADSL modem and then just attach the output from the Fibre Optic modem in its place.
Fiber > Modem > Router > Network

Then you are done

This is not something you do your first time out.

Since it's business critical you call in network companies in your area for a plan and estimate.

Your network committee seems to be all new to this folk. I've found Cisco to be top notch here.

However if you want to dive in, why not? If your company will let you, go ahead.
