Question

New MSI gamiing rig-formatted out Win 8 for 7. Issues

Jan 14, 2015 6:57AM PST

I JUST bought an MSI gaming laptop and it had Win8 on it. Fought with it, hated it.
I happened to have a Win 7 pro laying around, so I did the "kind" attempts to install, which met with rejection due to 8, so I broke into command prompt and formatted out 8. Now, when I go to install 7, it was giving me error codes all of which I have gotten around but one:
it demands the hard drives be set up in FAT32 instead of NTFS. I thought FAT32 went out with Windows 98?

Anyway, with no windows in the machine, how do I change the hard drives to FAT32 to get 7 to install?
