Question

New monitor backlight working but no image after restart

I recently got a new monitor but the other day I ran into an issue, I was using my laptop like any other normal day and decided to restart it, after the restart the monitor will only show a backlight and no image, I changed to another monitor and it works perfectly, this monitor is just over a month old.. pls help !

Seems you proved what's bad?

Supply more details such as video mode, connections etc.

All connections are good

All connections are perfect as it is very new and cannot see video mode because menu doesn’t even show up Sad

It's the monitor 99.99% of the time. Check warranty.

See if the warranty is in effect then use the warranty if in warranty and if not get estimates.
