New monitor?

Aug 17, 2006 7:22PM PDT

I have a Celeron D 346 3.06ghz, 1gb pc2700, BFG 256mb PCI Express video card with DVI, VGA, and Svideo I think. And 3 SATA hds. 1 Windwos XP, 1 Mandriva Linux, and 1 backup data (photos, files, ETC).

Ok, I need a new monitor. My old one is too bulky. So I need a new one. I'm thinking LCD cuz of the size flat panel and all.

I have 3 options.

I already have Costco membership so no bigee and sams in not much so no bigee.

Both are the same price. But the Costco one says 8ms and the Sams says 4ns.

I have no idea which is better. 4 or 8.

And I was using the pc on my hidef TV but it broke.'

And its too late to return the video card. So I may never use the full capability of the PCI express video card.

But not sure how good that cheap 99 one from Compusa is from my third link. Or how much the picture really improves with DVI.

Any suggestions would really help.

Thanks,
Confusimo
