New laptop for gaming and CS5

I'm in the market for a new laptop and narrowed it down to 2 choices. Here are the links:

The two main things I will be doing on the laptop are obviously using CS5 photoshop and gaming. One of the reasons I'm having a hard time deciding is due to the fact that the ASUS laptop has a better graphics card for gaming at the sacrifice of a slightly older dual core processor and slower RAM and the Acer laptop has a newer i7 quad core processor, but a lower end graphics card.

The graphics card makes a large difference in benchmark testing and actual FPS in games, but I don't know if the processor will make a large difference when it comes to editing photos using photoshop.

Sorry if this seems like a newbie question, but I'm not up to speed on the newer processors and CS5.
