The key necessary ingrediant for gaming is a 128mb dedicated video memory card and you have the best mainstream notebook option out there right now in the ATI 9700. The Athlon 64bit processor will benefit you if you don't get an all new system when Windows Longhorn 64bit arrives as you already have a 64bit cpu.
Tiny, according to the moderator, does not have a good service history (and I never see them rated along with the big boys like IBM, HP/Compaq,Dell, Toshiba, Gateway, and Sony (which is rated dead last in service) so I would be wary of that.
Based on the specs though that would be a good gaming notebook.
The HP/Compaq Athlon 64 models top out at 64mb dedicated video memory and you will have to check the E-machines/Gateway (merged) models yourself at Best buy but I think they might be 64mb dedicated video memory also.
So, if you want the AMD 64 and 128mb dedicated video (ATI 9700) this might be one of the only options.
Dell has the ATI 9700 available on the Dell 8600 but that is a Pentium M (Centrino)notebook but consider that also especially for the service issue (and you can get the Hitachi 7200rpm hard drive option -- best to have this also for gaming)-- Dell also has a 17" Pentium M model (new -- see their website) that has the ATI 9700 128mb and the Hitachi 7200rpm hard drive as well.
Dell up to this point sells NO AMD products --Intel processors only - so you won't find the AMD 64 there.
