That's primarily what we do on this "computer help" forums.. Ask questions about computer problems and then do our best to help the members solve them.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, click on the "sticky note" topic at the top of this forum titled: "A Few Tips for Computer Newbies". If you read the information there and scan some of the other posts in this forum, you may find many of your questions have already been answered.
