New Hardware Found

How can I get rid of the "New Hardware Found". I installed a MS Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer 2 and now every time I use my computer the "wizard" wants to install it again. Not a huge deal, but it is annoying me to no end.

I am using Windows XP SP2 with an Atholon 64 processor, 40 gig HD, 2 Gig of memory. Computer is custom built.

see if you have an error code and go from there.
