Clarification Request
I'd want to know more about this PC.

In reply to: New Gpu not working

The repeating issues I run into are power issues, BIOS issues and then other.

I recall the rx470 and it's next model pulls hard on power from the PCIe slot so I usually just swap it for the other major make card. But here we have nothing about the host PC so there's no way what I run into applies here.

I've run into this more times than I'll admit. I'll share the fix we use (swap for the other make of GPU chips) but once in a while folk want what they have to work.

This means you get the latest BIOS and maybe, just maybe the card will work. Be sure to post in the maker's forums about this EVEN IF folk complain you didn't check priors. This seems to be the only way some clients will accept that this is one of those dead end areas. Until you swap in another GPU that works in this series.

Your bios is up to date so that's a dead end.

With this gpu installed if you don't get a bios splash screen your stuck.

Nothing your going to do with windows will fix that.

Contact lenovo to see if they have an answer.

If no help there then you can't use that card.
