I wonder..

If there will be a hosting limit. Or if blog services will be integrated into it. It looks pretty cool. To me, it looks like a .Mac competitor. I also wonder if this will be integrated into the next version of Picasa, maybe this is a sign a new version of Picasa is on its way. Ahh...speculation!!!

Hosting Limit? There's a User Limit!
Feb 23, 2006 3:07AM PST

Tried to hit the page to see what the buzz was about ... The Oops page came up and said due to high demand users would be added as capacity is added.

I'm on another Google waiting list. I feel like such a lemming.

100 MB Limit

You could conceivably post a few podcasts with it if you use a low bitrate, such as 96 kbps.

Will the limit increase like GMAIL?

My current gmail limit is 2.4GB... I wonder if this'll go up too? The evil empire gets larger.

Yeah, that would be pretty cool if they did. They could SERIOUSLY put a hurting onto their free hosting competitors. It would be so awesome (but highly doubtful) if Google could implement an FTP server and allow you to upload your own sites & templates. I'm sure there will be a hack soon.

The default template really took me back to my first graphical web page.

Hey! Google found my old copy of Adobe PageMill and put it out for everyone to use.
