The hardware you have listed sounds good for a small use PC. As to the later mentioned hardware, most power supply units have a manual switch in the back that will allow for changing the voltage. A Thermaltake TR2 TR-700 would be more than adequate and allow for future expansion for just $59.99. The on board graphics of the motherboard would be sufficient for just internet browsing and word processing. But, if you are planning to do some gaming, you might want to consider a graphics card. Of course, a graphics cards would respond faster than the mother boards built in graphics.
