Question

New Desktop

Feb 11, 2012 7:39PM PST

I am in the market for a new all in one desktop. My choice has been narrowed down to the Lenovo Idea Center B 520 77452pu or Toshiba DX-D3360. Does anyone have any experience with either one of these? The Lenovo doesn't have USB 3.0 ports and the Toshiba only has a Blue Ray player. Are these differences deal breakers because I would like both? Do I really need both? I generally use the computer for internet and email but want other options.I would listen to othe suggestions but don't try to convince me to build a computer or get a tower.

All-in-ones aren't so very expandable and configurable, so - unless the shop shows that you can add a USB 3.0 card or replace the non BR one by a BR player - you're stuck with what you buy.

For Internet and email you don't need USB3 and you don't need a BR player.

Your choice here. Buy one of the two or keep searching.
