New Canon Cameras!

Does anyone know anything about the new canon cameras? The a700 and the a540 look the most interesting. How does the a700 stack up against the a620? And how does the a540 compare with the a520?

Canon A700 & A540

These camera were introduced about Feb 27 and the only information available is the Canon press release:

The cameras are not available yet.
Canon says they will be available sometime in March.
I checked Amazon.com and they show them to be unavailable at this time. They give no availability date.
