Let's go over that reinstall step by step.
1. BIOS is what the maker calls out and settings per the maker.
2. Windows is installed (so many articles out on this.)
3. Drivers and apps specific to this model are installed. We don't update drivers. We install what the maker calls out. The Windows Update Driver is as good as dead as to function.

I went through and tested as many parts as I could with my desktop. Used her GPU, things seem good, replaced my Ram with her's, seems good. Updated all the drivers, re-installed windows, repaired windows. Would love any other suggestions or idea.s
