If your old wi(?) was 32-bit then its better to install everything all over again regardless of the old system. Otherwise, swap "data" over either by having an ext. HD case for your old HD or install afterwards to a spare HD port. As you gave little info, that about does it. You maybe tempted to use s/w, just be sure it covers your status for both PC OSes used, etc..

You shouldn't move any part from the old windows to the new windows. It's complete as you get it.
